Oysters need a hard substrate to set on and few things work better than reclaimed oyster and clam shells. Since 2017 we have partnered with Long Beach Township to create the first municipally ran shell recycling or diversion program. Check out the partnering restaurants and be sure support them. We'll update the shell total regularly as we collect data from each pick up.
