On March 7th we hosted another successful Arctic Outreach. The 11th Annual event in memory of Mallory E. McBrien was hosted at the new Hollow Pines in West Creek, NJ. A big thank you is due to presenting sponsor Tide Table Group for their generosity with their new venue. With a new spot and expansive space amongst the pines we were able to fit more friends and great sponsors. As always warm fire pits, smores, and hot cocoa were on hand despite a favorable weather forecast.
Live music under the big tent was provided by Josh Werner & Jeff Propert, JB3, Scotty Z, Chris Fritz & Charlie Berezansky, and the La Stella Brothers. Special thanks to presenting sponsor MK Productions for keeping the tunes flowing all day!
A bigger and better than ever kids area kept the little ones occupied while the adults could sip on a beverage, try their luck on some raffle prizes, wine ring toss, or check out the sauna and cold plunge thanks to sponsor LBI Hot Springs.
All told the Jetty Rock Foundation was able to raise over $50,000 to donate back to the community and fulfill our mission. Arctic Outreach continues to be a special event, bringing out big crowds despite the potentially chilly weather. This event isn't possible without our volunteers, staff, sponsors and most of all, everyone who attended and supported!
